Should individual businesses apply for pollutant discharge permit?

个体工商户属于其他生产经营者，若属于《固定污染源排污许可分类管理名录》发证范围，应申领排污许可证。

Answer: Individual business should also apply for pollutant discharge permit if it is included in the "List of Fixed Pollution Source Pollutant Discharge Permit Classification Management".
