The Plan to Enroll Students Holding Foreign Passport and Signed up in Foreign Nationality Identity (hereinafter referred to as “students of foreign nationality) by Senior High Schools in Jiading District in 2016 has been worked out according to Some Opinions of Shanghai Education Commission on Examination and Enrollment Work in Senior High School Stage of Secondary Schools in Shanghai in 2016 (Hu Jiaowei Ji [2016] No. 23) and the Circular of Shanghai Education Commission on Forwarding the “Implementation Opinions of Shanghai Education Examination Authority on Examination and Enrollment Work in Senior High School Stage of Secondary Schools in Shanghai in 2016” (Hu Jiaowei Ji [2016] No. 21) and in conjunction with the actual conditions of the District.
According to the relevant stipulations in the Circular of Shanghai Education Commission on Properly Doing the Enrollment Registration Work in Senior High School Stage of Secondary Schools in Shanghai in 2016 (Hu Jiaowei Ji [2015] No. 87), students holding foreign passports and signed up in the identity of foreign nationality will not participate in the pre-enrollment and unified enrollment examinations in Shanghai. After participating in the unified academic examinations for junior high school graduation in Shanghai, they will be organized by the District Enrollment and Examination Office to fill intentions, and these students can select by themselves 2 intended schools among the senior high schools enrolling students of foreign nationalities as specified in the District, according to their own academic examination results, specialties and hobbies and traffic conditions, then the District Enrollment and Examination Office will arrange them in the relevant schools on a unified basis according to their academic examination results and intents.
Senior high schools enrolling students of foreign nationalities in Jiading District are Jiading No. 1 High School, Anting Senior High School and Fengbang Senior High School.
Principles of enrollment:
1. Students of foreign nationalities shall participate in the unified academic examination for junior high school graduation in Shanghai, and can be arranged to study in senior high school only when the results reach the minimum filing control score line for public-run regular senior high schools set by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
2. Students with academic examination results reaching the filing enrollment score line for the unified enrollment batches of the intended school of the year can be enrolled to that school for study. Students applying for study in Jiading No. 1 High School must have the ideology and morality academic examination result at “qualified” and above level.
3. For students with academic examination results failing to reach the filing enrollment score line of either desired school but accepting adjustment, those with results reaching the filing enrollment score line of other senior high schools in the District enrolling students of foreign nationalities can be adjusted and enrolled to the corresponding senior high schools.
4. Any students of foreign nationalities intending to study in secondary vocational schools may make a request to a secondary vocational school, for summary by the enrolling schools and the schools will go through enrollment formalities with the District Enrollment Office on a unified basis.

No students of foreign nationalities enrolled will be included in the planned enrollment of the schools, and their charging standard shall be based on the Notice on Formalizing the Charging Management of State-run Secondary and Primary Schools, Kindergartens and Nurseries in Shanghai Receiving Foreign Students (Children) of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Shanghai Price Bureau and Shanghai Finance Bureau (Hu Jiaowei Cai [2007] No. 8).
